1. Introduction and General Terms

2. Eligibility and Membership

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all accounts and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and deposited funds may not be returned. If your information changes, notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify bangla bat support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum amount to deposit into bangla bat is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. You are only permitted to deposit from a mobile wallet registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount to withdraw from your balance is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 5 and 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is approved.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bangla bat may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process at any time for security reasons. Withdrawals may be held if the required documents are not submitted. This process is conducted in the interest of the platform's overall security.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

Bonuses apply to one account only. bangla bat reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion. Abusing bonus offers or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

bangla bat's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level receives weekly cashback — a fixed percentage of that week's net losses. Example: a Gold level member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week will receive a maximum of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bangla bat reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, data feed issues or any other valid reason. In the case of a cancelled bet, the stake will be returned to the relevant account. Bets placed before an event starts cannot be changed after the event begins.

5.2 Sports Betting

For any questions about the rules that apply when placing bets on cricket, football and other sports markets, contact support directly. If an event is officially cancelled or starts significantly later than scheduled, bangla bat reserves the right to settle bets at its own discretion.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

For live casino, slots and table games, the individual rules of each game apply as set by the respective game developer. bangla bat does not alter game outcomes or RTP — all games are operated from third-party servers.

5.4 Technical Issues

bangla bat is not responsible for any game or bet left incomplete due to internet disconnection or device issues. In the case of an incomplete round caused by a server error, a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
• Organised or systematic abuse of bonus offers.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automation software or improper tools on the platform's software or game engine.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other members.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.

Violating any of the above rules will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of balances and legal action where necessary.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

bangla bat may permanently close or temporarily suspend any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud or other reasonable cause. Deposits and withdrawals will not be possible during the period of suspension.

12. Changes to Terms and Enforceability

If any specific clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
